A quickly growing company in the construction and engineering industry is seeking a Front Desk Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP.
Position Overview: The Front Desk Admin will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and should have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor. Our client is seeking a Front Desk Admin that can work well under pressure and takes initiative to problem solve with little supervision. There will be opportunity to take on additional work and learn about different departments in the company.
- Answer phone lines, screen and direct calls and greet guests/visitors
- Oversee office and kitchen supply inventory
- Assist with various projects for multiple departments and individuals
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and copying
- 1-3 years of previous experience working in a receptionist or administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), experience with Adobe a plus
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and people skills
- Self-directed, organized, and self-motivated
- Associate's required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
