As the Product Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of product marketing strategies for the IT Data Centre markets. This role is ideal for someone that thrives on working on a variety of projects and carries exceptional multi-tasking ability. You will lead and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Partners to create compelling value propositions, define powerful market positioning strategies, and deliver on effective campaign launches while applying an omni-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish go-to-market strategy:
  • Leverage voice of customer, analysis of competitor landscape and product knowledge to develop effective go-to-market strategy, content, and messaging
  • Identify growth strategies for existing and future products
  • Work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing teams local/global and Sales and Partners to execute on strategies
  • Product launches:
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Marketing peers to guide content requirements for both internal and external launch
  • Create and/or support the creation of relevant product content for product launches
  • Identify key differentiators for product launch establishing strategic positioning within IT Data Center Market
  • Partner with Product Management, Content, Graphics and Communications Marketing to create compelling feature launch materials (collateral, digital media, case studies, presentations etc.)
  • Support Account Management readiness, developing training materials, partnering with the Sales Enablement, and Training teams
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure Partners Sales Teams readiness. Develop external facing training materials and partner with Project Management and Training teams
  • Develop partner success stories, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use with the company marketing department
  • Conduct market research to capture data and insights about partner needs and the purchasing decision process for the product
  • Attend Industry events & tradeshows as active participant
  • Oversee product selection utilized at Rittal Events and tradeshows
  • Overlay between Product Management, Sales Enablement, and General Marketing
  • You will be the main contact point person for NA / Regional market trends on the IT Market
  • Travel 25-35% based on business needs

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
  • MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in a B2B/OEM Organization
  • 3+ years in data center market preferred
