Overview of the VP of Supply Chain role:

• Lead supply chain organization with responsibilities including vendor negotiations, corporate pricing and pricing policies, purchasing, inventory management and logistics


• Leverage existing business personnel to negotiate with vendors


• Develop metrics and objectives for performance-based accountability for the direct reporting departments


• Oversee all pricing, inventory control, purchasing, vendor management, and logistics


• Review and make modification to ERP logic to refine its ability to more accurately forecast product demand


• Use existing business personnel coupled with direct reporting organization to achieve metrics and measures


• Maintain direct organizational headcount in line with the size and needs of the company.


• Set process and discipline for all areas of supply chain responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications for the VP of Supply Chain :

• MBA Preferred


• Inventory Management Experience
