Job Summary:
Team Leads perform a variety of complex tasks and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the team. This requires a high attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, a strong service orientation, persistence, and the ability to be adaptable.
Job Requirements:
- Work cohesively with department Supervisor to coordinate workflow, procedures and processes for the team
- Support department team members by answering questions and providing assistance
- Provide coaching and training utilizing weekly focus meetings and training tools
- Assist and support development of special group projects with Supervisors and Managers
- Perform regular on-the-job-training with all individuals on team to meet required benchmarks
- Assist Department Process Improvement Analyst in conducting weekly audits on completed reports(as needed)
- Supports the Operational Supervisor in the coordination and supervision of daily activities for the team
- Analyze and interpret information received from callers using deductive and inductive reasoning skills to determine the best solution and follow through to completion
- Provide tutorials and guidance on proprietary system
- Contribute to team effort in maintaining service level agreements (SLA)
- Able to complete work with minimal errors under limited supervision
- Provide coverage during supervisor absence as needed.
- Complete other non-management requirements as directed by the supervisor.

- High school degree or GED required
- Some college experience is preferred but not necessarily required with working experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive) and proprietary systems
- Ability to multitask (i.e., read or type while talking on the phone)
- Strong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
