The Executive Director of Talent Acquisition provides System wide strategic direction and support for leading the overall MemorialCare talent management strategies and activities. Responsibilities include, delivering on the newest recruitment methods including online and social recruiting, mobile outreach and employment branding campaigns that are run in parallel with the efforts of the marketing department. System wide focus on recommending initiatives, policies, practices and strategies that support the continued growth of the organization and align with the organization's values and people-centric culture.
This function represents a new focus on a progressive approach on the stages of the employee life cycle and labor management including but not limited to, employment branding, talent acquisition, the pre-employment experience, on-boarding, integration, succession planning, temporary labor management, cost per hire, premium labor and turnover. The Executive Director develops, leads and measures the effectiveness of a comprehensive talent management strategy for the organization. She/he is responsible for fostering a talent mindset, and managing and supporting a series of organization-wide talent management processes that are aligned to meet overall business priorities and delivers on the MemorialCare Brand Promise.Qualifications
- 5-10 years of full cycle recruitment experience including management and executive level positions
- 5-10 years of management or leadership experience over recruitment and talent acquisition
- Previous healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.Job:
