Kelly IT Resources has teamed up with a local healthcare provided to find a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 PC refresh project. You would work in their new modern facility. This contract could go nearly 2 and a half years and there is always the potential for hire. We are seeking candidates that possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.
- Responsible for the staging, imaging, and deployment of new desktop/laptop machines and migration of user data.
- Utilize SCCM 2012 to image and push applications packages to new workstations.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Must be able to carry over 15 pounds.
- Manage trouble tickets. This includes tracking resolution progress and updating customers on ticket status.
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience working as a PC Technician.
- Healthcare experience a plus but not required.
- Basic Active Directory experience.
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree in Information System/Computer Science or a related field.
