St Anthony is a designated Pathway Hospital. We serve residents on the Peninsula residents including Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula and Port Orchard. Our main OR suite includes 6 operating rooms and we perform over 3,200 cases per year, including general, orthopedics, urology, gynecology and robotics. Our Surgical Services Leadership team includes a Director, a Perioperative Clinical Manager, and a Perianesthesia Clinical manager. Orientation for new OR RNs includes a formal six-month long OR residency. We offer two residencies per year.

Our surgical services nurses provide pre-, intra- and post-operative nursing care to all patient populations undergoing surgical procedures. This work includes developing, implementing and assessing the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary teams and the patient and family.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
One year of related work experience is preferred.
Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
Certified Nurse of the Operating Room (CNOR) is preferred.
Basic Life Support certification required.
