Job Description

As a trusted partner to our client, Corus360 is engaged in a search for a Data Analyst. Our client's Data Analytics team is looking for a contractor to help them better understand their people processes and help their executives make key HR and Recruiting decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop reports and analyses regarding employee engagement, diversity, attrition, and hiring

• Survey preparation, administration, and project management support for engagement, new hire, and on-boarding surveys

• Serve as a go-to person on the team for data requests and stakeholder management

• Help troubleshoot through data issues or inconsistencies when they arise

You Have:

• Excel savviness (e.g., formulas, indexes, pivot tables, charts, data validation)

• Experience serving as a primary point of contact on a team

• Positive attitude, humility, strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency

• Genuine interest in HR analytics and deepening one's technical skills

• 1-2 years of work experience

• Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have:

• Experience working with HR data

• Experience building presentations and graphics for executive audiences

• Technical skills: Tableau, SPSS, R, Python, SQL (not required)

• Project management experience

• SQL Experience
