The Cardiac Partners Business Development is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales accounts to grow the use of mobile cath labs and related services. This position requires excellent relationship management, teamwork and strategic planning working specifically with physicians, physician groups and hospital administrators (C-suite). This role promotes growth and care close to the patient’s home. Sale of this unique and niche services require comprehensive understanding of business line and market.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Clinical Certification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years sales-related experience. Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred.
Specific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac services, preferred
Must have successful track record with sales quota achievement
Must have strong clinical and technical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must enjoy and excel at personal relationship building.
Must be confident, goal oriented, self-motivated and a team player
Must have strong and proven relationship building skills
Computer experience with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to travel up to 80% by land, covering Central and Eastern North Carolina markets
