Description:

Daily responsibilities include:

1. Fulfillment of their job tasks, which includes task submissions related to benefit coding and Customer Service related information for new and existing clients.

2. Responsible for tracking work and reporting needs to their lead/senior and manager.

3. Ability to follow action plans for solutions with issues which are brought by internal teams for support.

4. Ability to work efficiently in multiple systems, with knowledge of MS Office Suite. Training to be provided in regards to internal applications. I.e. RxConstruct, RxCCR, AS400 and other applicable systems.

5. Ability to work closely with partners in the CSS department to discuss issues and solutions, as well as partnering with teammates to share workloads and divide tasks as needed to meet time frames.

Shift Start/End Time: 8am - 5pm CT

Dress Code: Business Casual
