You will learn from, interact with, and ask questions to your VP-level executive. The virtual face-to-face meeting is a tremendous networking opportunity and a chance to pick a successful leader's brain and hospitality heart.
• Social Styles – How to Communicate Better with Anyone
Recognize the significance of social styles and interpersonal effectiveness and define each style's positive and negative attributes. You will have the opportunity to Identify your own style and flexibility and learn how to communicate more effectively and work effectively with ANYONE.

You will have access to online resources to help with your professional development.
As a Guest Services Associate (Front Desk Associate), you serve as the first point of contact and manage all aspects of the guests’ or owners’ accommodations. You provide excellent customer service by greeting, managing reservations, registering, providing room details, and checking out of the Resort delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Manage reservations Providing check-in & check-out services.
Liaise with housekeeping on room availability, cleanliness, and furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
Following up with all guests and departments concerning any open issues.
Posting room charges and incidentals.
You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation.
You prioritize managing your time, working quickly without compromising quality.
You work with little supervision, maintain a high level of performance, and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), step-by-step instructions following Bluegreen regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Prior hotel or resort experience preferred.
You have computer and hotel reservations software experience preferred.
Compensation: starting at $12.00 an hour
Schedule: AM/PM shifts(7AM – 4 PM, 3 PM – 11PM), weekends required
Location: S944 Christmas Mountain Rd, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965
Housing: $95 per week via third party
