This junior level consultant will be instrumental in helping to support our Environmental project work in Seattle, WA. This exciting position is responsible for technical consulting responsibilities, so we are looking for a unique individual who has entry level technical EHS&S expertise in Environmental Compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Internship experience or interest in Environmental programs.
  • Learn to oversee environmental permitting projects (e.g. air, water, waste, etc.)
  • Learn to perform Environmental audits and site assessments
  • Supporting technical environmental training.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare SPCC and SWPP plans and programs.
  • Ability to learn management systems.
  • Supporting sustainability projects.
  • Other Skills/Abilities:
    Results driven and highly energeticInitiative for and success with business development and client serviceStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-sufficient in current office applications (eg MS Office)
    Education & Experience:
  • EHS internship experience required
  • Interest and some experience and knowledge of Environmental Compliance required
  • Undergraduate degree in a Civil Engineer or Environmental Engineering
  • A Master degree is a plus
  • Ideally some internship experience or related experience in preferably in a consulting firm
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Critical thinking ability
