Day Shift: 7 AM to 4: 30 PM Mon -Thu & 4 Hours on Friday with OT and adjustment to schedule as needed per production



Summary

The seamstress will work in a climate controlled production facility assisting in the production of accessories for Nuclear products. Will require multitasking, trouble shooting of machines and any other tasks needed to complete projects. Proven experience as a Machine Operator in garment construction or similar field - Proficient in operating sewing machines and other related equipment - Knowledge of different sewing techniques and garment construction methods - Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and sewing patterns - Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity - Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills


RequiredOperate and maintain sewing machines to fabricate garments
Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine specifications
Cut, sew, and assemble fabric pieces according to patterns and instructions
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
