Power Boilder Sales Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum ten years experience in engineering, project management, operations, and/or sales for power boiler projects.
* Demonstrated sales management abilities (pricing, proposal preparation, client presentations).
* Ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Fluent in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
* Ability to manage several proposals in different phases, at one time.
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties.
* Overall responsibility for power boiler sales activities
* Develop and manage schedules for active proposals.
* Develop scope, pricing, and written proposals.
* Develop presentation materials for client meetings.
* Plan and coordinate with engineering personnel for required proposal calculations and drawings.
* Negotiate technical and commercial contracts with clients.
* Develop turn over package to project management after order award.
* Assist project management in working through project issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
This position requires some amount of travel, primarily within North America. For suitable candidate there will be opportunity also for foreign travel.
