Cadence General, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our commercial construction projects, from inception to completion
You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships and adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project Management: Incorporate and adhere to project management standards and methodologies using prescribed tools and documents to effectively coordinate and manage projects.
- Scope and Client Management: Successfully manage project scope, including client priorities and expectations, to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery of products and services.
- Daily Operations: Track day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and project objectives.

Team Coordination: Coordinate assigned staff in all aspects of the planning, design, and implementation of highly complex projects
Manage the integration of tasks and review deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness. - Client Communication: Serve as the lead contact for internal and external customers on assigned projects, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Forecast resource needs and secure skilled staff from resource managers in advance to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage invoicing to keep projects within financial constraints.

Documentation and Reporting: Communicate all project requirements and commitments clearly with clients, Cadence staff, and management
Publish and maintain status reports, communication plans, and risk plans in alignment with Cadence standards. - Meetings and Analysis: Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project tracking, analysis, and budget management.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in standards development, educational sessions, and process improvement projects with other project managers to enhance project management practices.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field and/or relevant experience in managing commercial construction projects.

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Planswift or similar take-off software, and project management software
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience applying them to commercial construction projects.
- Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in maintaining cooperative working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and integrating team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing safety performance in a construction environment

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional over-time
