Customer Service Reps will be working in a call center type of role where they are answering all inbound calls from patients needing to place orders for medical supplies. This is a very fast paced role as calls go into a queue and are routed to available reps. There is very little down time if any for reps on the phones. They may take between 80-100 calls on a daily basis (depending on length of conversation and overall volume of calls for the day).
Calls will be a mixture of new orders and reorders. The reorders are pretty easy to go through, whereas the new orders are a little more time consuming as additional detail needs to be gathered.
