Belmont Behavioral Hospital currently has an opening for a Full time, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Psychotherapist, in Outpatient Services, with a focus on serving Adults. We are currently offering a $2,500 sign on bonus for this position.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Psychotherapist in Outpatient Services provides assessment and ongoing treatment to a caseload on a daily basis. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Psychotherapist will provide one–to-one psychotherapy to Outpatient Services patients.  This Psychotherapist will complete the required documentation on each patient on a professional level. This position works under the direction of the Executive Director of Outpatient Services and provides psychotherapy primarily to Adults, but may also provide services to Child and Adolescent populations.  This position may also require providing service to all levels of Outpatient Services (including: general outpatient, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and partial hospitalization program).  This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) 5 and older in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist required. 
  • Group Therapy experience required.
  • Strong interest in and past experience working with Adults preferred.
