Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is currently seeking Customer Support Technicians with high energy, motivation, and strong technical customer service skills to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday daytime shift role that is located within Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ). It is a 60-day contract to hire position.

Summary:
This is an inbound call center position providing assistance primarily with networking related issues such as IP phone issues. The ideal candidate will have fundamental networking skills.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates degree or higher in Information Technology or related field preferred

  • Pursuing relevant certifications in networking disciplines; Example: Cisco Networking, Net +, A +, SIP preferred

  • Exposure to telecommunication hardware elements as well as software and platform components

  • Exposure to the basics of IP networking

  • Working knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies is preferred
