RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is currently seeking Customer Support Technicians with high energy, motivation, and strong technical customer service skills to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday daytime shift role that is located within Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ). It is a 60-day contract to hire position.
This is an inbound call center position providing assistance primarily with networking related issues such as IP phone issues. The ideal candidate will have fundamental networking skills.
- Associates degree or higher in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Pursuing relevant certifications in networking disciplines; Example: Cisco Networking, Net +, A +, SIP preferred
- Exposure to telecommunication hardware elements as well as software and platform components
- Exposure to the basics of IP networking
- Working knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies is preferred
