A snapshot of this opportunity
+ Identify and correct booking and ticketing errors within QC E
+ Utilizes MAX, Agresso, and various other software applications to develop and modify company reports and processes
+ Coordinate with the ARC department to ensure all tickets have interfaced to the back office.
How you can set yourself apart
+ Experience working with teams in matrixed environments
+ Ability to work independly and adap to change
+ Demonstrated the ability to work directly with operations, Backoffice team and Backoffice management in communicating and resolving issues
+ Good analytical thinking skills
+ 1+ years Sabre and Galileo (Apollo) native experience a plus
