Project Manager

SNI Technology Owings Mills, MD (Onsite) Full-Time
$150,000/Year

Sr Project Manager Opportunity

SNI Technology has been retained to assist in filling a Sr Project Manager/Esitmator role for a growing construction/site development company in Reisterstown, MD. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity with great benefits offered.

Targeting Base Salary: up to $130k-$150k (negotiable and based on experience)
Work Schedule: Onsite

Summary: Create/manage complete site work estimates to include everything from clearing, grading and underground utilities to curb, paving and storm water management.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Project/Civil Engineer or Project Manager or Estimator
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Agtek or similar estimating software
  • Experience with water, sewer, storm drain, grading, and paving.
  • Great communication skills, be proficient with a computer, and know how manage client relationships.
