Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk/Tech Support I for a 6-month contract to hire position in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Our client needs a help desk technician to add to their growing team, they need someone who can handle using NetSuite's ticketing software, has experience with windows support and Cisco networking.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent
  • Technical degree
  • 5 years helpdesk experience
  • Gaming, credit card readers, POS systems
  • Helpdesk ticketing experience. Preferably NetSuite CRM
  • Phenomenal customer service skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Some travel is required
  • On-call weekends & holidays-divided between team, required with additional compensation
  • The candidate must be able to manage client calls and successfully work with client through entire life cycle of the project
  • Must have an understanding of how hardware and software communicate and work together from beginning to finished usable product
