RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk/Tech Support I for a 6-month contract to hire position in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Our client needs a help desk technician to add to their growing team, they need someone who can handle using NetSuite's ticketing software, has experience with windows support and Cisco networking.
- High School diploma or GED / equivalent
- Technical degree
- 5 years helpdesk experience
- Gaming, credit card readers, POS systems
- Helpdesk ticketing experience. Preferably NetSuite CRM
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Some travel is required
- On-call weekends & holidays-divided between team, required with additional compensation
- The candidate must be able to manage client calls and successfully work with client through entire life cycle of the project
- Must have an understanding of how hardware and software communicate and work together from beginning to finished usable product
