RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in the healthcare industry is seeking to add a number of 100% Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist with an upcoming project to assist with the continued Nationwide efforts to combat the corona virus. This role offers the opportunity to work 100% from home via a personal computer. This role offers:

Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
  • Projects will be coaching members on health issues like blood pressure, scheduling appointments for tests/screenings; Training will be video and web based
  • Strong Customer Service/Call center/Data Entry Position
  • Following closely sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies and quickly adapting to changes and modifications
  • Communicate with patients/medical professionals regarding order status and possible information needed to resolve coverage issues
  • Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
  • Working independently with little to no supervision on goal oriented projects and tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a PC system with Internet Access (No MAC/or Chromebook Products will work)
  • Computer System must have Internet explorer 11 or later in order to operate
  • Must be open to working 40 hours per week
