OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a career-building ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role with one of our clients who is a recognized insurance company located in Fogelsville, PA. Get your career moving in the right direction with this ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and assist in supporting the office in a team environment. This ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also be providing encouragement and positivity throughout the office. In this ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role, you will be coordinating different office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Play a vital role with the ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT position as you must be able to have the aptitude of prioritizing and can be productive under little supervision when necessary. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also be working heavily in Excel so a strong knowledge of this Microsoft System is a must! This ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT will also be assisting with communicating on behalf of the office and ensure company success by having an ambitious attitude. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Handle follow up items after client meetings
Conduct transactions on behalf of clients
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

At least 3+ years' of Administrative and/or relatable Office experience
Capability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new things
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Strong computers skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Understanding of being a reliable individual and committed to being success-driven!
