Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with several audit firms that is looking to add audit professionals at all levels to the firm. These audit firms range from working with large and midsize companies in all industries to include non-profit, construction, agriculture, and professional service clients. The Audit Team is committed to adding value to the clients. They focus on quick response times and efficient audit services. Responsibilities
• Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements.
• Coordinate client engagements from start to finish, including overseeing the budget, planning, executing, directing staff and completing financial statements.
• Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and management letters, with an eye on quality, thoroughness, and accuracy.
• Identify and communicate technical matters to both clients and firm management.
• Utilize proactive, effective communication with management, staff and clients.
• Supervise, mentor and train junior associates.
Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CPA Candidate ideally
• 2+ years of public accounting audit experience, including management of audit engagements
• Must possess technical knowledge related to performing financial and compliance audits
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
