Someone who loves change, has the technical aptitude and motivation to help build a World Class IT team from the ground up, and who is a top performer to work as a Service Desk Technician providing IT customer service remotely and in-person as needed.

We do not function like a “normal” service desk operation. About the Company

Pennant Services is one of the most dynamic and progressive companies in the rapidly expanding home health, hospice, and home care industries. Affiliates of Pennant Services now operate 115 home health, hospice, senior living and assisted living agencies across 13 Western states and we expect this growth to continue. These agencies have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the “Service Center,” a world-class service team that provides the centralized clinical, legal, risk management, HR, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus squarely on day-to-day care and business issues in their individual agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement new hardware, infrastructure setup, and support at newly acquired entities. Be accountable from end to end to ensure that the network installation premise is up and running correctly Analyze problems and implement solutions, including the exercise of discretion and independent judgment to solve problems. Identify and fix any underutilization of system and network resources Make analytical assessments and decisions about how each operations computer network should function. Provide on-site support to operating entities at the direction of the Information Systems Director. Assist the field with email or trouble ticket enquiries to resolve IT systems issues and problems in a timely manner, and escalate when necessary to the appropriate teams. When necessary, assist the field with addressing support inquires via telephone. Provide support and incident management and communications for IT systems faults and service requests. Track issues to resolution. Update the field with issue resolutions. Track user account creations, changes and deletions. When necessary, perform password resets. Support computers, laptops, smart phones and applications.



15.Perform work as scheduled and instructed by the Information Services Director.

Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the organization.

Qualifications

Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% to major US cities across the US based on operational and team needs. 1+ years of enterprise IT Experience A+ (or equivalent) or higher certification High School Diploma, Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) Excellent problem-solving skills Strong service and work ethic, with a focus on delivering quality service and support.

Compensation: Based on experience.

Salary: $35,000 – 40,000
