Overview:

Presbyterian Homes & Services is currently hiring a LPN to join our team at The Deerfield in New Richmond, WI. New, higher pay scales and low nurse to resident ratio. We are currently hiring for:We are currently hiring for:

  1. A Full Time, .9, Day schedule in LTC,
  2. A Full Time, .8, Evening schedule in LTC and
  3. On Call
  • We are offering a $2,000 hiring bonus to external LPN candidates looking to join the PHS team in a Full Time schedule.

Hours:

AM = 6AM-2PM

PM = 2PM-10PM

NOC = 10PM-6AM

Responsibilities:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
