Your Role

We have embarked on a journey to update and enhance our team member and customer experience by investing globally in new office spaces, driving innovation through design, and introducing our cutting-edge, immersive showroom format.

As our North American Construction Project Manager, you will focus on projects across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, ranging in size from approximately 7,500 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft. As part of our growing Property team, you will be the driving force behind these initiatives, working alongside internal teams, third-party consultants, and contractors to ensure that these projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle other property-related tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and initiative.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal team members, architects, contractors, consultants, local authorities and other third parties to ensure project success.
  • Work with the ZURU Housing technology team on their delivery strategy, focusing on the New Zealand sub-market.
  • Assist with the acquisition, delivery, and maintenance of commercial properties globally, including the rollout of commercial fitouts in new locations.
  • Assist the Property team in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of property projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the company founders to manage and execute their personal property development projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant roles within the property industry. Note, any previous experience in residential development, particularly high-end and bespoke residential, is highly sought after.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
