Arconic Fastening Systems is looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentative to performscustomer service activities related to the industrial/aerospace marketplace. The position is in theirmanufacturing facility in Kingston, NY.

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Worksclosely with the Senior CSR and Inside Sales Manager to ensure that customerneeds are understood and reflected in customer-specific process documentation;
Developsquotations including price and delivery; provides quotation to customer,follows-up with customer to determine status and potential of order. Coordinates preparation of written quotationcompletes all required documentation. Documents customer orders, enters orders into the computer and monitorsorder progress as required;
Respondsto inquiries about product, open orders, product availability, repairs, andrequests for literature. Recommends product to best fill customer need based onapplication and delivery. Solvescustomer problems. Provides application information to customers, distributors,account managers, sales representatives, and system specialists. Advises Sales/Marketing Management and salesrepresentatives of significant information learned in communication withcustomers;
Determinesdelivery schedule in conjunction with production personnel. Renegotiates orders and delivery schedulewith customers as required;
Coordinatesconsignment inventory and demonstration inventory adhering to company inventoryrequirements;
Servesas commercial / aerospace liaison between customer, sales representative, distributor,and the company;
Preparesand sends correspondence to customers, distributors, account managers, salesrepresentatives, system specialists and company personnel;
Continuously seeks improved techniques for performing job dutiesand engages with peers to learn and share best practices as they emerge;
Supportsgoals and objectives of Customer Care & Solution Center as well as theorganization.
Minimumof Bachelors’ degree required. Preferredto be in Business, Supply Chain or Marketing.
Oneyear customer service or supply chain experience
