The Maintenance Manager will oversee the AM/PM activities of Maintenance Associates. Will assess work needs and create checklists; review and edit schedules; as well as, review timesheets for reasonableness. Will communicate with vendors and liaison with departments regarding priority tasks, repairs and projects. Will supervise and perform repairs and maintenance along with their team.The Maintenance Manager will oversee the AM/PM activities of Maintenance Associates. Some essential duties and responsibilities of the maintenance manager include:
  • Financial/revenue management
  • Maintenance and safety
  • Personnel management
  • Contractor/supplier management
  • Guest experience
  • Homeowners association





Qualifications
  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must understand the usage of hand tools and some power tools.
  • Must have basic mechanical skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Must be able to work various shifts as needed.
  • Ability to make correct decisions in a high stress environment; ability to multitask various problems or assignments.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Education or Formal Training: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The starting salary for this position is %2452,600. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
