We are currently looking for a Foreman in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Job Requirements
- Manages a project
- Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations
- Manages skilled trade employees
- Manages company equipment being used on site
- Reports back to the Superintendent on the daily progress of the project
- 5 years of experience managing a crew
- Organized and detailed
