Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is proud to partner with a nationwide recognized plumbing fixture supplier that specializes in wholesale sinks and faucets. We are looking ambitious, self-motivated sales people that want to grow. The Commercial Sales Rep will handle the business to business (B2B) sales ranging from commercial granite fabricators, builders, general contractors, developers, architects, plumbing suppliers and property management agencies. Responsibilities:
• High-volume cold calling to identify prospective clients

• Get products specified by architects, builders, developers etc

• Work with Zoominfo to export potential accounts to contact

• Responsible for the overall customer experience and coordination with all parties involved in each transaction

• Manage a customer base, while continuously developing new business

• Maintain a professional image consistent with company policies and procedures

• Local travel, and the ability to travel overnight when necessary.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
o You're a competitor
o You are a "hunter" and relationship builder
o You tell stories about how you made something happen instead of excuses of why you couldn't
o Three years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to exceed minimum sales goals
o Experience in the AEC, builder or building materials industry
o Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
o Strong computer and technology proficiency, including MacOS, CRM software, iOS/Android, and Microsoft Office
o Upbeat, high energy, and looking to work in a fast-paced environment
o Valid driver's license with a clean record
