Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

 Supports the US sales team in the execution of sales strategy to drive US and global sales.

 Responsible for handling all Leads that come in through Web or CRM.
 Works in a professional and collaborative manner with all other company   departments and staff.

Specific Responsibilities:

 Support the Packaging and Materials testing sales activity in growing legacy accounts, manage on-going projects and closing new business for existing Packaging testing accounts.
 Actively involved in qualifying/developing & closing web leads via phone and email contact.
 Sell services to small to mid-size accounts, assigned by web leads or by Sales Manager.
 Help manage the testing for each new client that comes through the US lab.
 Under direction of the Director and Sales Manager collects industry and customer
information/data as required for team or management.
 Account development and Account Management.
 Prepare Proposals, SOPs, Manuals for new clients and maintain templates.
 Supports the US Sales team with industry and trade show events in support of lead generation and prospecting.
 Data entry, maintain job folders and filing.
 Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.

Job Requirements

 Ability to complete projects and assignments on a timely basis
 Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
 University graduate or equivalent educational background
 2 years of commercial experience in a multinational organization
 Strong written and spoken English skills, other languages will be an advantage
 Persuasive, diplomatic, but always to the point and a strong ability to sell a concept.
 Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player
 Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, familiarity with data entry.
 Strong Microsoft Office- Word, Strong Excel, and Outlook specifically.
