HFA Client Services Associate

As an HFA Client Services Associate you will be a key member on the centralized support services team to deliver a great experience to Huntington Financial Advisor clients via telephone and email. You will work in a team environment to assist clients with account information, place trades, and other service-oriented transactions. This position will require you to develop an expertise on HFA policies and procedures, assist with escalated issues, and problem resolution. In addition, you will learn a broad view of brokerage operations.

Provide great customer service to investment clients over the phone:

  • Identifying, research and resolve issues with accounts
  • Responsible for accepting and executing trades for clients over the telephone
  • Develop and maintain effective rapport with clients and internal/external partners
  • Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations
  • Take ownership of each client while empathizing and prioritizing client needs
  • Strong customer focus and active listening skills

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma Minimum
  • At least 1 year experience working in Financial Client Services

Licensing Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 required for the role

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Series 7 and Series 63 License preferred
  • Previous brokerage/investment knowledge or comparable experience
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and articulation of speech, displaying a high level of professionalism
  • Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred Attention to detail
  • Experience working in call center environment preferred
