Job Description

We are searching for detail - oriented, professional analytical clerks to assist the department as it receives, processes, and collects payments for products delivered. The Clerk will work closely with Salesmen, Delivery Drivers, and most importantly Sour clients. This is the opportunity for YOU! Come work for the leading wine and spirits company!

Job Title: Accounting Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (Office will move to Alliance area in about a year)

Pay: $16.50

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm

Job Details:

  • Processing, verifying, and posting daily payments from goods delivered

  • Researching and resolving account discrepancies

  • Maintaining assigned aging accounts

  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks (example: filing invoices, purging payments into storage boxes, faxing, coping, scanning invoices accordingly, transporting invoices and documents from one department to another one) with the ability to lift up to 10lbs

  • Generating daily reports and statements for customers and internal use

  • Ability to meet all assigned deadlines given, with an understanding of priority

  • Ability to retain information given

  • Excellent communication and with driven ability to be a strong team player

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of applications (example: work, excel, and outlook)

  • Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills with strong math, typing, 10-key skills

  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and time management skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Accounting experience a plus

  • 2+ years in Customer Relations and Office
