About the Position:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Distribute incoming calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Sort/Distribute mail, scan and fax
- Provide assistance to executive team
- Provide backup to other administrative support staff
- Special projects, as assigned

About the Candidate:
- 1+ years receptionist experience (MUST)
- MS Office experience (MUST)
- Comfort level using computers (MUST)
- Reliability (MUST)
