This is a part-time (28.75 hours per week) position. The hours for this position are 10:15 am to 4:00 pm CT (11:15 am to 5:00 pm ET) Monday through Friday. We will provide you with an excellent paid classroom training program as well as continuous on the job coaching and mentoring. The training class is 40 hours for one week; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CT (9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET). We also have advancement and growth opportunities available to employees.
Assist callers by confirming the appropriate Provider demographic information in our systems.
Document data integrity, access/availability cases within the tracking system per department guidelines.
Meet our quality, customer service, productivity and service level performance standards on a consistent basis.
1+ year of customer service experience in an office setting
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Ability to use multiple systems and dual monitors for research and documentation.
Call center or telephone experience in a similar environment or industry
Previous experience in healthcare or medical insurance
