Eurofins Air Toxics, Inc. is the global expert in environmental air testing. With more than 25 years of air expertise, we have analyzed a wide range of matrices for both routine and specialty air testing programs. Our capabilities extend from trace level measurements required for indoor air testing to identifying and quantifying organics in high-level sources.

Eurofins Air Toxics Inc. is searching for a Technician in Folsom, CA.

Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
  • Cleaning and preparing of sample media
  • Building and repairing flow controllers
  • Assembling and dismantling shipping boxes
  • Preparing media for shipment daily
  • Pressurize samples
  • Perform all documentation, sample preparation and data handling following SOPs or methods
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to perform the physical requirements of the job
  • Ability to adherence to safety protocol and operation procedures
  • Organizational skills (prioritize work with minimal supervision)
  • Demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and efficiency
  • Effective use of time in managing multiple priorities
  • Interpret and understand oral or written instructions
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Consciousness of and a positive attitude toward quality control, safety, high production work and organized thought process
  • Good teamwork, working closely with all the departments
  • Knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Experienced in shipping, receiving, and/or warehousing
  • Experience with processing orders from an internal database
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient in use of shipping provider websites
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Perform other support duties as assigned
The ideal candidate would possess
  • Adherence to safety protocol and operation procedures
  • Communicate well with coworkers and management
  • Read, understand and comply with SOPs
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a continuous basis
  • Stand for prolonged periods
  • Work upright, bend and use hands and arms repetitively to perform moderate physical work duties
  • Ability to push carts with objects on board weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Hearing and speaking are needed to listen effectively and talk with individuals in person or on the phone
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday with flexibility for work Tuesday-Saturday and overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Folsom, California are encouraged to apply.
