Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior BAS Technician with a current Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer. This is a remote position with frequent short assignments OCONUS. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Shall possess skill and ability to lay out and supervise, install, interpret, and utilize codes and regulations in the performance and execution of work on building automation systems.




  • Shall have the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair building automation systems at Posts to ensure systems function safely and efficiently, interpreting blueprints and drawing rough sketches when required, guiding, and overseeing other laborers, apprentices, or technicians, drawing up preventative maintenance measures, obtaining required permits, equipment, tools, and materials for projects, updating project records and preparing relevant documents and reports.




  • Shall maintain availability at the Post all time during the BAS construction phase to work closely with both the facility and engineering staff to direct the day-to-day project work.




  • The Senior BAS Technician is responsible for the Quality Control (QC), Quality assurance (QA) and adherence to all life, health, and safety requirements as related to the BAS installation.




Requirements:


  • Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret




  • Shall possess a minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical/controls construction.




  • A valid manufacturer approved training on the brand of system being worked on.




Working Environment & Conditions:


OCONUS Travel and must be present on-site during the construction.
