Corporate FP&A Manager

**Summary:**
In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of corporate and consolidated financial planning and analysis. You will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and create impact within a growing Finance organization. You will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and make recommendations for short and long term decisions. You will contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets and multi-year plans and the evolution of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also support ad hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions.
**Required Skills:**
Corporate FP&A Manager Responsibilities:
1. Key contributor providing executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
2. Contribute to forecast, budget and long range planning cycles, including enhancing Meta's corporate model and coordinating with stakeholders on assumptions & inputs
3. Gather, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results for all three financial statements, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers
4. Assist with management, Board business, and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
5. Serve as a key liaison and partner to cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights
6. Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. Bachelor's Degree
8. 12+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
9. Experience with financial statement analysis and a knowledge of corporate finance concepts

10. Consolidation experience in a large company
11. Detail-oriented and experience multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
12. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
13. Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase or equivalent
14. Comfortable with building models independently
**Public Compensation:**
$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
