Job description

The Position:

Assist customers with inbound tech & customer service tasks over the phone. Begin your career with us in the Technical Support role with the opportunity to advance into other positions as you grow with us.

Work with us and you'll enjoy:

• Full Time Schedule

• $13/hour + $.50 raise after 6 month

• 100% Paid Training

• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and company matched 401(k) retirement plan

• Paid time off

• Tuition reimbursement, up to $5,250 annually

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED

• Are at least 18 years old

• General computer skill

• Excellent communication skill

• Customer support experience (preferred)
