Contract opportunity for an HR Coordinator in the northern part of Hartford County within the distribution industry. This role is expected to last 4-6 months and reports directly to the head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities Include:
- Acts as point of contact for HR inquires related to retirement, benefits, and enrollment in addition to other fields
- Fielding HR inquiries i.e. sick time, PTO, unemployment, payroll questions
- Works directly with various carriers to ensure member data is accurate
- Assists in other tasks related to open enrollment, benefit changes
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years working within an HR department or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
