We are hiring a Sr. Program Specialist or Manager to support initiatives that will drive Viccarbe product sales in the Americas.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Supporting the sample program for Viccarbe products
* Scoping and presenting opportunities for Viccarbe events in the US & Canada markets, working in coordination with regional sales or dealers to plan for those events
* Support field Training Initiatives and other in field activities such as pop ups, customer requests, and assisting at designer events
* Understanding product positioning in the market
* Supporting new U.S. product launches and possible planning events around those new products
* Providing status updates to leadership regarding events, budgets, outcomes, and recommendations.
* Project Managing the opportunity, creating a project plan, creating a budget, and supporting multiple different customers (Viccarbe in Spain, Marketing, and Sales in the U.S.)

Your Future Team:

Viccarbe is a new acquisition under Steelcase, now part of Steelcase's community of Ancillary furniture brands, located in Valencia, Spain. The brand is roughly 20 years old and works with various well-known designers in the furniture industry. Prior to the acquisition, Viccarbe was a furniture partner and design consultant to the Coalesse brand, hence the teams between Valencia, Spain and Grand Rapids, Michigan are highly familiar. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cohesive, global team that will creatively grow the Viccarbe brand within the Americas.

Who You Are:

Skills and Competencies

* BA/BS Degree in Business, Design, or Sales
* 3-5 years of experience
* Comfortable working alone but also in a team dynamic
* Ability to manage multiple projects/programs
* Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
* Problem solving leadership
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of people and personalities throughout the company and external audiences
* Knowledge of the contract furniture industry and ecosystem
* Able to work with internal and external leaders, designers, marketers, salespeople, and communications specialists
* Ability to analyze data and feedback to recommend tactics that drive results
* Self-motivated, self-directed, and willing to accept responsibility for results
* Ability to manage resources in support of projects/programs

Note: This role can be at the Sr. Specialist or Manager level. Leveling will be commensurate the candidates qualifications and experience.
