The Technology Strategy Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Technology and Strategy Innovation team’s initiatives. This team will help drive organizational and technological transformation and investment, building a best in class end-to-end technology department across development, support, and operations. This team will help drive significant initiatives (both one-time and ongoing) around future technology investment research and analysis, transformation efforts, organizational and process improvement, and much more.  Strong executive communication (both written presentations and verbal), problem solving, structuring, and analytical skills are essential.  An ideal candidate must have a proven background in the above, in addition to a passion for driving change.


  • Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, supporting the strategy development for the technology organization
  • Plan, organize and direct all activities related to team staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing development initiatives
  • Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive and support key executive level decision making across future “big bet” investments, organizational structure, and more
  • Conduct market and competitive research, and analyze trends to better inform the overall technology strategy
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows across the organization to generate recommendations on improvements
  • Act as the liaison to the LenX Venture Team to provide technological expertise on potential investments and acquisitions
  • Develop and communicate crisp and clear presentations to senior leadership and the organization
  • Aid leadership in identifying priorities and risks that require attention and ensure department heads have adequate support
  • Distill discussions and thoughts from leadership into strategic plans


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, IT, or related field required
  • 2+ years experience in a management consulting or internal strategy role
  • 5+ years experience in analytical responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the role to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% of travel is required.

  • Experience at working as a leader and collaborator in a team-oriented environment is essential
  • Outstanding executive level communication, presentation, and leadership skills; high EQ with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
  • History of driving complex, ambiguous projects across multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinker with knowledge of business and technology
  • Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail with ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable working in a time-sensitive and rapidly changing organization
  • Quick leaner with a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to challenge
  • Positive attitude, passionate and energetic
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
