POSITION TITLE: Pick Pack Ship Worker
LOCATION: Jacksonville, Florida
PAY RATE: $12.00 per Hour
WORK HOURS: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with overtime as needed)
WORK SCHEDULE Monday – Friday
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Distribution Center (A/C Climate Controlled)
DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: Full time
Must be able to read shipping invoices
Experience using RF Scanners
Previous production and shipping experience required.
Basic Computer Skills (sign-on to computer)
Quality Control experience is a plus.
Must be dependable and able to function independently with desire to succeed in a fast dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Dependable (understand attendance policies, break schedules, and work schedules)
Flexible (must be willing to perform multiple jobs and be open to working some overtime)
Attention to detail (Regulated work environment)
Must be available to work flexible schedule and overtime
High school or equivalent required
Computer skills – Outlook required
Pass LISA Test – Light Industrial Skills Assessment Test (Kelly Branch)
6 months manufacturing operations experience preferred.
Excellent communication, with strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Work history establishing dependability and competent job performance.
Use basic math in a production setting, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, decimals, etc.
Function in a team environment.
Must be quality conscience
Must be very Safety Conscience
Ability to work and communicate well with others
Ability to give and understand instructions, both verbal and written in English.
Must be willing to work with a team concept.
Must be willing to accept change and additional responsibilities and training associated with change.
CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL DEMANDS of JOB:
Light lifting (Up to 25 lbs.)
Standing, sitting, bending, stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, grasping, reaching, pushing, talking, other, and repetitive motions (hands and arms)
Must be a Team Player-works closely with 6-8 employees
Must wear PPE-Ear Plugs and Lab Coat
Must work in Manufacturing atmosphere-busy and noisy
Must be able to work well with hands-handling small items
Must be able to perform within production standards

- Math and reasoning
The LISA will take less than 15 minutes to complete; The LISA will have 30 multiple choice questions– examine math, reasoning, and visual analysis skills.
