Position Summary:

Our company is looking for an Amerimix Program Manager to be responsible for overseeing the Amerimix product line. Duties will include developing a national sales strategy, product management, as well as project management duties to support the entire dry-mix category. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role and basic dry-mix knowledge is an advantage.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as brand ambassador to drive internal and external interest in products/brand

  • Create project schedules for new product launches and product updates

  • Work with marketing to maintain a centralized product information database

  • Coordinate with Sales Ops team and R&D to pinpoint new industries and product

  • Will possess or gain deep knowledge of masonry industry, competitive products, and best practices including knowledge of the application processes for stuccos, mortars, and grouts

  • Determine product needs and communicate findings to the R&D team

  • Review financial health of product line – Manage discontinue / transition plans

  • Responsible for product launches and coordinating with marketing and sales

  • Work with Sakrete product manager to share information across product lines

  • Serve as point of contact for field sales teams, licensees, and contractors for field trials

  • Assist in product training

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending key trade associations and professional organizations. NCMA, MCAA, etc

 Requirements:

  • High degree of business acumen

  • Experience with the building material or retail channels

  • Proven success selling or servicing co-ops, distribution, independents, and/or retail customers

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and timely both written and verbal

  • Willingness to invest in personal development, growth, reflection, and awareness

  • Ability to travel up to 10% inside North America

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, e-Commerce, and digital tools

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
