Executive Assistant

IDR, Inc. Brentwood, TN Full-Time

IDR is seeking an Executive Assistant for a Healthcare client of ours' in the Brentwood, TN area! This is a Full Time; Direct Hire position and the candidate would be expected to commute onsite. This Executive Assistant would be working closely with the CEO. If this sounds like the role for you, apply today, we want to talk to you!

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive calendar support and regularly supervise and adjust the CEO’s calendar and schedule
  • Research, book, and coordinate travel. Ensure required travel documents are in place, build itineraries, maintain travel credits, points, and expenses
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the C Level Leader ability to effectively lead the company
  • Provide support to the Board of Directors to organize and schedule monthly and annual meetings
  • Thoroughly research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Maintain memberships and prescriptions including setting calendar reminders, handling correspondence, and processing payment
  • General administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree (highly preferred)
  • 7+ years’ of administrative support experience
  • Extensive experience supporting C-level executives
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must be flexible throughout the day as needed
