Junior Recruiter
We are open to people of all professional backgrounds if they can bring relevant soft skills to complete the job. This is position is ideal for a recent college grad looking for their first job, people who love relationship building and are looking to change career paths, or those with at least 1-2 years of professional office experience and comfortable working as part of a team.
In order to be successful in this role, we require in-person training at our Towson office (free parking). Once you are onboarded and ready to go, you will work a hybrid schedule (3 days on site, 2 days work from home)!

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in filling open accounting, finance, HR, administrative, or other roles
- Call, connect and meet virtually with potential new candidates. Learn about each candidate' background, career goals, and match them open and upcoming roles that are a great match
- Explain our specialty recruiting services to candidates. Follow up to ensure strong customer service and build long-term relationships
- Share the information you've gathered with the recruiters on your team. Work alongside them to recommend the best candidates for each job opening and get someone a job!
You will be most successful if...
- You have a 4 year degree (preferred but not required)
- You have very strong verbal and written communication skills; phone and email etiquette are extremely important for success in this role
- You have strong time management skills and can stay organized
- You enjoy working as part of a team; this is a very team oriented role
- You are tech savvy and can navigate new systems with ease
- Accounting/Finance: with a desire to have more human interaction
- Athletics: Coaches, Trainers, or team-players with a competitive spirit
- Higher Education: Admissions, Alumni/Donor Relations, Sports Recruiters
- Hospitality: Event Services, Servers, Hotel front desk/sales
- Management: those responsible for interviewing/hiring, maintaining P/Ls or KPIs
- Professional: Clerks, Receptionists, Assistants in technical fields (legal, healthcare, etc.)
- Retail: Team Leads; commissioned, high-end, or busy sales floors
- Sales: Rentals/Leasing, Company Representatives, Fundraising Coordinators and Development Associates; those who want to learn and do MORE
- Social Services: Teachers, Social Workers, Behavior Techs with strong assessment skills and a desire to have more control over their work and income
