Customer Service/Customer Support Specialists needed for large healthcare company in Rosemont, IL. Entry-level candidates with strong customer service and communication skills will be considered.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be the product expert on our services after completing our training classes. Must be open to learning all facets of the business, product, and services offer.
- Provide highest level of customer support for all incoming calls in addition to responding to customers via email.
- Quickly resolve issues and proactively resolve process issues that can contribute to customer dissatisfaction. Collaborate with quality on customer issues if necessary.
- Answers inquiries about products relating to technical properties, size, color, features, benefits and availability.
- Resolve product or service problems but resolving customer questions, issues, or problems by determining the reason for the call and selecting or explaining the best solution as needed.
- Enter data into computer system.
- High School Diploma required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Great communication skills.- verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Excellent attention to details, time management and initiative.
- Must be capable of prioritizing, coordinating, and scheduling multiple resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel.
