Job Description

Customer Service/Customer Support Specialists needed for large healthcare company in Rosemont, IL. Entry-level candidates with strong customer service and communication skills will be considered. 

Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Be the product expert on our services after completing our training classes. Must be open to learning all facets of the business, product, and services offer.
  • Provide highest level of customer support for all incoming calls in addition to responding to customers via email. 
  • Quickly resolve issues and proactively resolve process issues that can contribute to customer dissatisfaction. Collaborate with quality on customer issues if necessary.
  • Answers inquiries about products relating to technical properties, size, color, features, benefits and availability.
  • Resolve product or service problems but resolving customer questions, issues, or problems by determining the reason for the call and selecting or explaining the best solution as needed. 
  • Enter data into computer system.


  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience. 
  • Great communication skills.- verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Excellent attention to details, time management and initiative.
  • Must be capable of prioritizing, coordinating, and scheduling multiple resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel.
