Job Description

HR Administrative Assistant
San Juan Bautista, CA
3-6 month contract


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of HR & the Talent Acquisition Team on specific Human Resources projects.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in the coordination of client meetings, staff meetings, interviews and new hire orientations.
  • Manage confidential information on behalf of the Talent Acquisition function while following and maintaining Earthbound Farm’s confidentiality policies.
  • Keep inventory of breakroom, file room and office supplies and organize each of these as needed or as assigned by the HR department’s staff.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, technology, supplies and facilities as related to the daily function of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Additional projects or duties as assigned.
     
Educational Background/Experience:

 
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel - Ability to enter data, manage and maintain spreadsheets and data bases.
  • Proficient in the use of HR systems, preferably Ceridian / Dayforce.
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
